Sherman's Things We Want Extends to 12/30

The New Group has announced a two-week extension of Jonathan Marc Sherman's Things We Want. The play will now run through December 30 at the Acorn Theatre on Theatre Row. Directed by Ethan Hawke and featuring Paul Dano, Peter Dinklage, Josh Hamilton and Zoe Kazan, the production opened off-Broadway on November 7 and had been scheduled run from October 22 to December 15.

Things We Want is described as a dark comedy centering on three brothers who reunite in their inherited childhood home. Forced to live together again as adults, they struggle to redefine themselves as they pursue the things they want. A drastic shift in dynamics occurs when a sexy young neighbor suddenly enters their lives.
